Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a 24-hour notice via call or text at (956) 378-1544 to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If proper notice is not given, the following fees will apply:
• 24 hours or more in advance — No fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% of the cost of services booked
• No-shows — 100% of the cost of services booked
By booking, you authorize Envy Beauty Lounge to charge your card on file for these fees.
